Pay Less Energy LLC applied for a Pennsylvania retail electric supplier license to serve all customer classes in all service areas.

Pay Less Energy had applied for a Pennsylvania electric supplier license in 2023, but the application was dismissed without prejudice, as the PUC said in an order that, “Pay Less Energy has failed to provide financial information sufficient to demonstrate financial fitness regarding its ability to execute its proposed operations as an EGS Supplier in Pennsylvania.”
