Hearing Officer Issues Memo Seeking Comments On Best Practices And Annual Report For Municipal Aggregations

In the Hearing Officer Memorandum issued on April 2, 2024, staff requested that each stakeholder indicate whether, if the stakeholder working group were to submit the Proposed Final Guidelines to the Department for approval, the entity (or entities) it represents would expect to (1) support the Proposed Final Guidelines, (2) not support but not oppose the Proposed Final Guidelines, or (3) oppose the Proposed Final Guidelines and identify the provisions to which the entity objects. Staff reminds stakeholders to provide this information to Lauren Morris and Timothy Federico, Hearing Officers, and Barry Perlmutter, Department of Public Utilities via email at lauren.morris@mass.gov, timothy.m.federico@mass.gov, and barry.perlmutter@mass.gov no later than Wednesday, April 17, 2024.
