TPUC Grants Light Energy An Option 1 Texas REP Certificate

The Public Utility Commission of Texas granted Light Energy, LLC an Option 1 Texas retail electric provider (REP) certificate eligible to serve all customer classes.

Light Energy, LLC, a start-up, is 100% owned by Light Technology, Inc. (“Parent”).

In its application Baker Shogry is identified as President and Adam Compain is the Secretary of Light Energy, LLC.

Light Energy, LLC did not seek authorization to collect customer deposits or prepayments.
