Summary: 

To (1) establish the Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Coordinating Council, (2) revise the Connecticut Hydrogen and Electric Automobile Purchase Rebate program, (3) authorized the state to issue bonds for the installation of electric vehicle charging infrastructure and provision of incentives and rebates for electric vehicles, (4) specify the rate used to charge a customer for the provision of electricity to a separately metered level-2 charger, and 5) study the feasibility of expanding mobility operations in rural communities.  

The Bill has been referred to the Office of Legislative Research and Office of Fiscal Analysis.
