ACE Files Updated Community Solar Bill Credit Calculations
“Please accept the within correspondence and accompanying attachment as the compliance submission of Atlantic City Electric Company (“ACE”). On August 16, 2023, the Board of Public Utilities (“Board”) issued an Order in the above-captioned docket. The Order required electric distribution companies, such as ACE, “to submit to the Board updated calculations of the bill credit within 30 days of new electricity rates which affect the value of the bill credit taking effect.” ACE has timely submitted tariff sheets with rates that took effect June 1, 2024. Accordingly, ACE is submitting the within spreadsheet in both PDF (Attachment 1) and native Excel format to comply with this requirement.”
