An Act Allegedly Modernizing Competitive Energy Supply Resurfaces

New draft of H3459 relative to competitive energy supply;
H3469 relative to solar energy storage permit applications and inspections;
H3475 relative to the transition to clean energy and the training of employees on alternative energy generation and distribution;
H3493 – relative to peak energy storage;
H3520 – relative to distributed energy resources in the commonwealth;
H3521 – relative to the distribution of energy resources in communities;
H3534 relative to electric ratepayer protections;
H3542 – relative to the installation of renewable and alternative energy generating sources;
H3549 – for legislation to remove woody biomass from clean energy definition;
H3552 – an act regarding alternative energy portfolio standard;
H3555 – relative to reporting on funds received from the Clean Energy Standard and future Clean Heat Standard program; and
