Baltimore Gas And Electric Files Opposition To OPC’s Request For Rehearing
From BG&E’s response:
Baltimore Gas and Electric Company (“BGE” or the “Company”) hereby submits its opposition to the Request for Rehearing of Order No. 90948 filed by the Maryland Office of People’s Counsel (“OPC”) in the above-captioned proceeding on January 16, 2024 (“OPC’s Request” or the “Request”). OPC’s Request fails to establish that any of the Commission’s findings in Order No. 90948 were based on legal error or mistake of fact. Instead, unhappy that the Commission did not accept all its litigated positions, OPC repeats arguments from its post hearing briefing that the Commission previously rejected and asks the Commission to change its mind, which is not a proper basis for seeking rehearing. As a result, the Commission should reject OPC’s Request.
