HB 362 – An Act amending the act of April 9, 1929 (P.L.177, No.175), known as The Administrative Code of 1929, in Energy Development Authority and emergency powers, providing for Federal money for Solar for All Program. 

This legislation would enable access to $156 million in Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) funding awarded to Pennsylvania Energy Development Authority (PEDA) for their application for a low-income residential solar installation program under the federal Solar for All grant competition.
