SB 643 (Gallion) would establish several general provisions regarding energy generation including: (1) approval of energy generation from natural gas; (2) a statement of support for developing nuclear energy and energy from natural gas; and (3) a recommendation that PJM provide an expedited interconnection for new thermal generation resources.
