HB3157 – Relating to interim rates charged by electric utilities during a rate suspension period. The bill would require that TDUs must provide retail electric providers (REPs) at least 45 days’ notice before any interim rates take effect.  Bill Text 

89R-HB3374 – Relating to electricity pricing rules and operating procedures that eliminate or compensate for market distortion caused by certain federal tax credits.  This Act if approved would take effect September 1, 2025.
