We’re reaching out to provide an update on one of our billing system replacement projects. Please see the following important updates regarding the status and upcoming changes (Identified Changes to Data Structure and Content, Change in Provider Billing Schedule, and Deployment Timeline Updates)
Key System Changes Identified
- New usage loop in Electric 867 Monthly Usage Summary: an additional loop is being added to include kVARh data for improved reporting accuracy (see attached for sample transaction)
