Catalyst Power Receives Electric Supplier C&I License
{***} “By this Order, the Public Service Commission of the District of Columbia (“Commission”) grants a license to Catalyst Power & Gas LLC (“CP&G” or “Applicant”) to function as an electricity supplier in the District of Columbia. 1 Catalyst Power & Gas LLC’s license is effective upon issuance of this Order.” {***}
As background, on October 28, 2024, Catalyst Power & Gas, LLC (CP&G) filed its license application.
In its application CP&G indicates that it intends to operate as a marketer of electricity pursuant to § 4601 in Chapter 46 (Electricity Suppliers) of Title 15 of the District of Columbia Municipal Regulations. Specifically, the Applicant represents that it intends to serve commercial, and industrial customers in the District of Columbia.
