As required by DPU’s opt-out aggregations, all customer classes, including all sizes of non-residential customers, would be enrolled into the program at the same price on an opt-out basis, to the extent the customers are not taking service from a competitive retail supplier or otherwise deemed not eligible under DPU requirement.
