Commission Files Notice Of Comment Hearing In OPC’s Petition For Near-Term, Priority Actions and Comprehensive, Long-Term Planning For Maryland’s Gas Companies
On June 14, 2023, the Commission issued a Notice initiating a new docket and request for comments regarding a petition filed by the Maryland Office of People’s Counsel related to near term priority actions and comprehensive long-term planning for Maryland’s gas companies.
The Commission hereby gives notice that it will conduct an in-person only, legislative-style hearing to review the comments filed by various parties beginning at 10:00AM on Thursday, July 25, 2024 in the Frank O. Heintz Hearing Room, 16th Floor, William Donald Schaefer Tower, 6 St. Paul Street, Baltimore, Maryland.
The Commission further invites all interested persons who would like to participate in the July 25, 2024 hearing, to send an email to Kimberly Schock, kimberly.schock@maryland.gov, by Thursday, July 11, 2024.
