Heintz Hearing Room, on the 16th Floor of the William Donald Schaefer Tower, 6 St. Paul Street, Baltimore, Maryland. The purpose of the rulemaking session is to consider whether to finally adopt the proposed regulations that were published for notice and comment in the Maryland Register dated July 25, 2025.
