Commission Files Notice Of Hearing And Opportunity To Comment In Revisions to COMAR 20.62 – Community Solar Energy Generation System

On July 31, 2024, the Commission’s Technical Staff (“Staff”) submitted revised proposed regulations to COMAR 20.62 for the Commission’s consideration and approval in order that the proposed regulations may be submitted for publication in the Maryland Register.
The Commission hereby invites interested parties to file comments on the proposed regulations by August 21, 2024. The comments should be addressed to Andrew S. Johnston, Executive Secretary, Maryland Public Service Commission, William Donald Schaefer Tower, 6 St. Paul Street, 16th Floor, Baltimore, Maryland 21202. The Administrative Docket number (RM 56) must appear in the subject line of the cover letter.
