Commission Files Notice Of Hearing And Request For Comments In DRIVE Act Implementation

[ *** ] On July 1, 2025, Baltimore Gas and Electric Company (“BGE”), Potomac Electric Power Company (“Pepco”) and Delmarva Power and Light Company (“Delmarva Power”) (collectively “PHI”), and The Potomac Edison Company (“PE”) filed proposals in accordance with the Commission’s Order No. 91218 issued July 11, 2024, in the above-mentioned matter.
The Commission hereby invites interested stakeholders to file comments on the matter by August 27, 2025. Comments should be addressed to Andrew S. Johnston, Executive Secretary, 6 St. Paul Street, 16th floor, Maryland 21202, and reference “Case No. 9761” in the subject line.
The Commission further gives notice that it will conduct an in-person only, legislative style hearing on Wednesday, September 3, 2025, beginning 10 minutes after the conclusion of the Administrative Meeting, in the Commission’s 16th Floor Hearing Room, William Donald Schaefer Tower, 6 St. Paul Street, Baltimore, Maryland 21202.
