On November 1, 2024, the Commission’s Technical Staff (“Staff”) filed with the Commission its Report on COMAR revisions for major outage events (“MOE”) pursuant to Order No. 91307. The Commission hereby invites interested parties to file comments on the report by Wednesday, November 27, 2024. Comments should be addressed to Andrew S. Johnston, Executive Secretary, Maryland Public Service Commission, William Donald Schaefer Tower, 6 St. Paul Street, 16th Floor, Baltimore, Maryland 21202, and reference “Case No. 9353” in the subject line.
