July 12, 2024 Status Update to include Stipulations
August 12, 2024 Staff and OPC Direct Testimony
September 20, 2024 Empower Direct Testimony
October 17, 2024 Staff and OPC Rebuttal Testimony
November 4, 2024 Evidentiary Hearing
November 6, 2024 Evidentiary Hearing
The Evidentiary Hearings shall begin at 10:00 a.m. on November 4, 2024, and at 1:00 p.m. in November 6, 2024, and will be held in the Commission’s 19th Floor Hearing Room, William Donald Schaefer Tower, 6 St. Paul Street, Baltimore, Maryland.
