The Commission hereby gives notice that it will conduct a community choice aggregation rulemaking session on Wednesday, January 10, 2024, 10 minutes after the conclusion of the Administrative Meeting, which begins at 10:00 AM, in the Frank O. Heintz Hearing Room, on the 16th Floor of the William Donald Schaefer Tower, 6 St. Paul Street, Baltimore, Maryland. The purpose of the rulemaking session is to consider whether to finally adopt the proposed regulations that were published for notice and comment in the Maryland Register dated November 17, 2023.
