[ *** ] On July 25, 2025, the Commission’s Technical Staff (“Staff”) submitted its proposed Work Plan as initiated pursuant to the enactment of the Next Generation Energy Act (SB 937) to develop regulations to address Large Load Customers and Tariffs interconnecting to the electric system services in Maryland. The Commission notes the filing and hereby authorizes the Work Group to proceed with the implementation of the proposed Work Plan.
