Commission Files Order Extending Electric Vehicle Phase I Programs

The Public Service Commission of Maryland issued an Order extending Phase I Electric Vehicle Pilot programs.  The Order addresses authorizations that expire on December 31, 2025, and extends them until January 31, 2026, or until the Commission issues an Order on Phase II proposals, whichever comes sooner.  The Order does not affect programs with authorizations that are not scheduled to expire on December 31, 2025.
