The Maryland Commission clarifies that January 1, 2025, is not definitively the “date certain” in Order 91303 for the elimination of residential purchase of receivables.
The Commission will issue a final decision after reviewing Staff’s September 13th filing.
The Commission issued two separate orders – one for electric and the other for gas.
