The Commission will convene an in-person only technical conference, to consider comments from stakeholder parties, on Tuesday, December 3, 2024, starting at 10:00 a.m. in the Frank O. Below is an agenda for the conference, which includes topics to be covered and expected panelists. The format will consist of topical panels; Commissioners will ask questions, and there will be the opportunity for responses from panelists facilitated by tent card raisings. The format for this conference is intended to promote the opportunity for engagement between panelists and the Commissioners, while maintaining emphasis on efficiency to make sure everyone gets a chance to be heard within the time constraints.
The technical conference will be open to the public. Advanced registration for audience attendance is not required. The conference will be live streamed on the Commission’s YouTube channel. Please note that at this technical conference, we will not be discussing matters concerning FERC Dockets ER24-1787 and ER24-1790, the FERC Brandon Shores and Wagner Reliability Must Run (RMR) cases, Case No. 9748 (the Brandon Shores Retirement Mitigation Project) or other specific pending or forthcoming transmission CPCN cases, such as PSEG’s Maryland Piedmont project.
