Commission Files Supplemental Notice of Hearings in Alternative Rate Plans Or Methodologieo Establish New Base Rates for Electric or Gas Utilities

On August 20, 2204, the Commission issued an errata to its Notice that it would hold a legislative-style hearing on MRP Lessons Learned on October 15, 2024. If needed, the Commission will hold additional in-person only hearings in Case No. 9618, beginning 10 minutes after the conclusion of the Administrative Meeting, on Wednesday, October 16, 2024 and Thursday, October 17, 2024 at 10:00 a.m., in the Frank O. Heintz Hearing Room, 16th Floor, William Donald Schaefer Tower, 6 St. Paul Street, Baltimore, Maryland.
