- that Potomac Edison’s Implementation Plan, revised budget and corresponding tariff are hereby approved subject to the modifications to the metrics described herein; and
- that Potomac Edison shall submit a filing within 60 days of this Order detailing its methods to track and report the full list of approved metrics including those described herein in its service territories without SCADA, estimated costs to implement SCADA across Potomac Edison’s territory, estimated costs if OPC’s original proposed metrics were approved, and an explanation of the system allocation between transmission and distribution.
