Commission Issues Tentative Order Re: EGS License Cancellations

In the tentative order the Commission states that Efficient Energy Solutions LLC and Inova Energy LLC have not provided proof to the Commission that it has a bond or other approved security in the amount or language directed by the Commission, to replace a bond which is expired, or which is non-compliant with Commission regulations.

These named entities must file comments within thirty (30) days after publication of this Tentative Order to rectify the deficiencies.
