In New York at the PSC in Docket No. 20-M-0082 (Strategic Use of Energy Related Data):

- On December 20, 2024 the PSC issued an Order Approving Transition of Utility Reported Community-Scale Energy Usage Data, which sets forth the required utilities’ transitional and procedural processes necessary to ensure that community-scale energy usage data is publicly available.
- On December 20, 2024 the PSC also issued an Order Clarifying Integrated Energy Data Resource Phase 2 Cost Collections. By this Order, the PSC clarifies the utility-specific collections schedules for each of the jurisdictional electric utilities to recover NYSERDA’s IEDR Phase 2 costs.
- Con Ed, NiMo (National Grid), Central Hudson, O&R, NYSEG, and RG&E submitted their IEDR Phase 2 tariff compliance filings, including Clean Energy Standard Delivery (“CESD”) Charges.
