“Enron Energy Texas LLC (“Enron Energy”) files this Motion to Withdraw REP Application, and respectfully shows as follows: On January 14, 2025, Enron Energy filed an application for certification as an Option 1 retail electric provider to provide retail electric services throughout the State of Texas (“Application”) under PURA § 39.352 and 16 Tex. Admin. Code (“TAC”) § 25.107.  Due to timing and strategic considerations, Enron Energy respectfully requests to withdraw the Application without prejudice to its right to reapply for certification at a later date.”
