CT – Reminder from SupplierServices@Eversource.com: Kiteworks URL Update
We are writing to inform you of an important update regarding access to Kiteworks, the secure file transfer platform used by Eversource for sharing daily and reconciliation files related to system and retail operations.
Effective February 1, 2026, the Kiteworks web address (URL) will be changing from:
Current URL: https://sft.nu.com/#/
New URL: https://sft.eversource.com/#/
The new URL is already live and fully operational. We encourage you to begin using it immediately and update any bookmarks, documentation, or automated processes that reference the old URL.
What You Need to Know:
- Daily files will continue to be placed in the main folder.
- Reconciliation files, which include “day45” in the filename, will remain in a subfolder within the main folder.
- This change does not affect the structure or delivery of the files—only the access URL is changing.
Action Required:
- Update your bookmarks to: https://sft.eversource.com/#/
- Notify your internal teams who access Kiteworks
- Begin using the new URL as soon as possible to ensure uninterrupted access
