Data Access Working Group Webpage Updated
Follow up meetings scheduled
The Illinois DAWG webpage has been updated with the recordings and materials from the most recent meetings.
As discussed last Tuesday, on October 27th stakeholders will discuss the provisions in the UDAA that refer to data updates and corrections:
a utility shall provide updates or corrections to any previously provided usage information on the scheduleestablished in paragraph (5) of subsection (d). Data recipients may request and receive timely revisions correcting any previously provided usage information.
Once covered usage data has been made available to a duly authorized data recipient, such data may not be deleted or altered by a utility system, except as is necessary to correct errors or reflect rebills or is affected as part of the utility’s billing data retention policy. If previously provided covered usage data is changed to correct errors, notification must be provided to the data recipient.
If you have any non-UDAA items for the November 19 regular DAWG meeting agenda, please let me know by November 4. If there are no items to discuss, ICC Staff will cancel that scheduled meeting.
