DC Bill Removes Restrictive Retail Choice Provisions

The Council of the District of Columbia D.C. Bill 26-661 passed final reading of an amended version of the Budget Support Act.

The amended bill, struck in its entirety Subtitle E, which would have placed onerous restrictions on retail energy choice.  Stay Tuned!
