DPU Extends Deadline For Filing 2023 Municipal Aggregation Annual Reports
“The Department expects existing municipal aggregation programs to file their 2023 annual reports utilizing the new template being developed in the D.P.U. 23-67 stakeholder process. The Department, however, does not yet know the date by which the new template will be finalized. To avoid duplication of efforts to prepare multiple annual reports for 2023, the Department shall extend the deadline by which the 2023 annual reports are due. To that end, the Department hereby delegates the authority to change the annual report deadline to the Hearing Officer in the Municipal Aggregation Guidelines docket. The Hearing Officer shall issue a Hearing Officer Memorandum specifying the annual report filing date following the Department’s Order approving the new annual report template.”{Emphasis added.}
