DPU Issues Proposed Municipal Aggregation Annual Report Templates

Re:  Investigation by the Department of Public Utilities on its own Motion into Establishing Guidelines for Municipal Aggregation Proceedings.

Below is a link to the proposed Excel-based Annual Report templates as referenced in the Hearing Officer Memorandum from February 16, 2024.  These templates include a blank and an illustrative template. This template reflects updates to consolidate selected information from the annual PDF reports, validate inputted data, and join relevant data to streamline data collection and analysis, and improve transparency. 

DOER staff looks forward to discussion and consideration of this updated template at the sub-working group meeting scheduled for February 27, 2024.
