Utility Files Tariff To Expand TOU Default Service Tariff For Residential & Commercial Customers With Smart Meters
In Pennsylvania “Duquesne Light re expansion of its Time of Use (TOU) program as directed in the Commission’s approval of the Duquesne Light Default Service Plan for the Period of June 1, 2025, through May 31, 2029.
The tariff to expand the Time of Use (“TOU”) Program that will be made available to residential and commercial customers with smart meters under 200 kW of demand.
Duquesne Light seeks approval of Supplement No. 89 by April 10, 2025, in order to have time to implement the revised TOU Program by June 1, 2025. If approved, the revised TOU Program will go into effect on June 1, 2025, or approximately 6 weeks after Commission approval of the Supplement, whichever is later.”
