The New Jersey BPU docketed the electric energy agent applications of The Power Company USA, LLC (BPU Docket No. EE24100779L), AGR Group Nevada d/b/a Utilities Marketing Group (BPU Docket No. EE24100825L), and Gotham Energy Consulting Services, LLC (BPU Docket No. EE24100830L).

The BPU also issued energy agent registrations to American Wholesale Energy Inc. (BPU Docket No. EE24090628L) and Op2mize Energy LLC (BPU Docket No. EE24080594L).
