The New Jersey Board of Public Utilities (BPU) Staff is seeking public comment on a revised proposed Technical Reference Manual (“TRM”) for the State’s Energy Efficiency Triennium Program Year 4 (“PY4 TRM”). The TRM is a compendium of engineering equations and guidelines used to calculate the energy savings that arise from the State’s energy efficiency programs, including the New Jersey Clean Energy Program and utility-led programs. The deadline for comments on this matter is January 15, 2025.  More information, including how to view the draft PY4 TRM, is provided in the Public Notice.
