In Massachusetts on December 14, in Docket No. 18-M-0084 / Matter No. 18-00381 (Comprehensive Energy Efficiency Initiative), the department of public service (DPS) sent a letter to the Joint Utilities and NYSERDA requesting supplemental information regarding their Energy Efficiency and Building Electrification Proposals.

On December 15, DPS approved the statewide LMI Implementation Plan.
