Naman Trivedi is identified as the Director & President COO.

The organization chart filed with the application indicates that the company is part of Schneider Electric.

In terms of jurisdiction of operations, the application further indicates that “EnergySage is in the process of applying for an electricity broker (or similarly named) license in the following jurisdictions: Delaware, Washington, DC, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maine, Maryland, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, and Pennsylvania. As of the data of this filing, EnergySage has not received its license in any of the above states. EnergySage has received its Texas broker license (BR250246).”

The application also states that “EnergySage is an online comparison marketplace for energy products such as solar, retail electricity plans, energy storage, and heat pumps.”

“EnergySage, as a marketer, will earn commissions from retail electricity providers when we provide the retail electricity provider with a qualified customer through our marketplace. The retail electricity provider within 45 days will pay EnergySage the requisite commission as outlined in the contract with the retail electricity provider. EnergySage will market energy products in two main ways:

  1. Partnership with enterprises in the real estate, energy, and personal finance space. These partnerships present EnergySage to their customers as a platform to access energy products and services.
  2. EnergySage used a combination of search engine marketing and search engine optimization to reach additional customers’ interest in our energy products.”
