[ *** ] Please be advised that, regarding Elite Energy Consulting LLC and Suntuity Solar LLC (Companies), the Public Utilities Regulatory Authority (Authority) has ordered in this docket as follows:

[T]he Authority issues a second strike against the Compan[ies] and imposes a six-month ban from the RRES Program, effective November 1, 2025, through April 30, 2026. . . . Eversource and UI as the RRES Program Administrators are directed not to accept RRES applications from the Compan[ies] during the six-month ban. [ *** ]
