ERCOT Issues Instructions for Quarterly Residential Demand Response Data Submission By Retail Electric Providers

Via a market notice, ERCOT provides retail electric providers (REPs) instructions for compliance with new reporting requirements for information regarding the retail providers responsive device programs.  REPs must inform ERCOT if they have a responsive device program by April 30, 2025, and submit the required data, as applicable, by May 15, 2025.
