New York Department of Public Service Staff filed an initial eligibility letter for First Point Power, LLC informing the company that all requirements for the initial state of eligibility as an ESCO have been satisfied.

Per its application First Point Power, LLC’s indicates its intension to serve large non-residential customers, for electricity only.
