Granite State Electric Files Two Proposed POR Schedules Dependent Upon Signing/Returning Electric Service Supplier Agreements
{***} “Schedule 1 sets a date certain for POR implementation assuming all suppliers have not returned the approved Electric Service Supplier Agreement (“ESSA”), along with dates for other steps in that process. Schedule 2 sets a date certain for POR implementation assuming all suppliers have returned the approved ESSA. Please note that the ESSAs have been distributed ahead of schedule to provide additional time for review. Liberty will provide notice of which schedule it will follow on or before April 21, 2025.” {***}
