Hearing Examiner Scheduled Technical Conference
“A technical conference on Sustainable Energy Advantage’s Report was held on September 11, 2024. To efficiently manage this conference, the Examiner requests that any party intending to ask questions during the conference provide a time estimate for its questioning of SEA witnesses. Please provide this information by Monday, September 9, 2024.
Time estimates should be broken down by questioning related to public material and confidential material. Intervenors who do not request time for questioning need not file any time estimate and may be permitted to engage in limited follow-up questioning to the extent that time permits.”
