IL – Illinois EDI Working Group – Updated 810 SBO Implementation Guide And Other Announcements

Hello CPWG (Illinois) team! Please be aware of the following activities for Illinois.
- 810 SBO – No comments were received for the updates that were made as described below. Final version attached.

- CPWG Email Distribution List updates should be communicated to Patrick Eynon at PEynon@ameren.com.
- ComEd will be updating the 820 POR discount amount for payments to be negative (and adjustments to be positive) on 7/24/2025. Please see attached announcement.
- I’m working on an administrative change for the 820 implementation guide as there was a mistake in the example on the RMR segment. I’m also updating the examples at the end of the document.

- Upcoming Net Metering Changes
- Ameren and ComEd will both be making some mapping changes for net metering. The earliest the changes would be implemented will be November this year for Ameren and 2026 for ComEd.
- Change control is in progress and will be shared as soon as it is complete.
