IPA Releases Request for Proposals for IL Solar for All Program Evaluator
The Illinois Power Agency (IPA) announced that the following entities have met the requirements of the Request for Qualifications 25-RFQ-01 (Evaluator for the Illinois Solar for All Program) and will be invited to submit a response to the Request for Proposals, 25-RFP-01:
Applied Economics Clinic
DNV Energy Insights USA Inc.
Illume Advising, LLC
Opinion Dynamics
The parties listed above are requested to refer to the RFP document when drafting responses. Offeror responses to the RFP are due by April 4, 2025 at 5 p.m. CPT. To submit responses, refer to Section I.3. (“Solicitation Contact”).
As a component of the RFP response period, offerors are also provided the opportunity to submit clarification questions to the IPA and to participate in a virtual workshop. For further instructions, offerors may refer to the full announcement on the IPA website.
