Working group in Docket D.P.U. 23-67 Investigation by the Department of Public Utilities on its own Motion into Establishing Guidelines for Municipal Aggregation is scheduled for September 18, 2024, from 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
This working group will be in person only.
The goal of the upcoming working group meeting is to
(1) identify issues that need to be resolved to allow Municipal Aggregators to offer LICSS Programs;
(2) determine interest and willingness of stakeholders to work collaboratively with Department staff to resolve those issues and
(3) identify next steps in developing guidelines for Municipal Aggregation LICSS Programs.
