MD – Maryland Supplier Consolidated Billing (SCB) Status Update
Hello Everyone,
Staff is planning to file a memo or request with the Commission to officially pause SCB work related to tariffs and customer education. At this time, it is Staff’s understanding that due to the complications and work revolving around Senate Bill 1, the suppliers are not able to participate in the SCB work groups for the creation of tariffs and customer education materials.
Staff does intend to indicate in its filing that a status update would be provided in late fall, early winter of this year to the Commission. This update would provide the Commission information regarding any updates in party positions related to SCB work.
