Staff studies due by 7/31/25.
MIPSC must commence a proceeding by 8/31/25, and every four years thereafter, to:
- assess the potential for energy waste reduction;
- assess the use of demand response programs;
- assess potential for electrification of transportation, building, and industries; and
- identify environmental justice communities.
