Meeting Scheduled To Review Proposed Aggregation Guidelines
Re: Investigation by the Department of Public Utilities of Massachusetts on its own Motion into Establishing Guidelines for Municipal Aggregation Proceedings.
A hearing officer issues a memorandum on January 10th regarding next steps following the Municipal Aggregation technical session. The hearing officer subsequently provided “Proposed Guidelines” for discussion at next meeting.
The Department will hold the inaugural working group meeting on January 24, 2024, from 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Department’s office, One South Station, 3rd Floor, Boston, Massachusetts. This working group meeting will be in person only. The Department will circulate an agenda before the working group meeting.
